We realize it’s a big step but there is no need to worry. We will be right there by your side throughout this exciting journey.

The process outlined here will help you better understand what to expect along the way. Remember, this is a positive, enriching experience, and we want you to feel comfortable and confident. We value your business and your trust!

Step 1

The first thing to do is reserve your spot in our production schedule. Even if you have yet to select your brand package, you can still reserve time on our calendar to make sure your project gets the attention it deserves.

A deposit of $250 for any project is paid online with Pay Pal. Your deposit is non-refundable. Within 24 business hours, you will receive a phone call from us to assess your needs and help you decide on the best package for your business.

At that time, you’ll be given our Discovery Query™ and a Creative Briefing Phone Meeting will be scheduled. Next steps and deliverables will be discussed on the Creative Briefing Phone Meeting.

Step 2

Return your completed Discovery Query™ with signed contract and first payment. Congratulations! The process has begun!

This is an exciting time for our designers. By this time we will have reviewed your Discovery Query™ and completed our in-house analysis and research. During our Creative Briefing Phone Meeting we may ask you to elaborate on existing answers or ask new questions. This is where we focus our goals of communicating your brand promise and company’s culture to your potential buyers. Following this meeting, we will create our internal creative brief and a project timeline.

Step 3

Let the ideas flow! We begin brainstorming, sketching and more sketching; working to discover the best solution.

From here, only the strongest concepts are taken further and digitally refined. Expect periodic updates from the designer on how your project is coming along.

At this point we present you with two options including color palette and font selections. Based upon your feedback, we revise and refine the chosen concept to absolute perfection.

Step 4

Once we have final artwork and final payment, we will transfer all digital files to you and your brand’s Logo Standards Guide (LSG) will be created.

The LSG will provide you with easy reference and instruction for use of your logo. The LSG will outline the PMS, CMYK and RGB builds (the industry standard color formulas) for your new color palette and the fonts suggested for optimal use and consistency. As always, should you have questions, we will be here for support.

Step 5

And beyond...

There may be more projects on deck within your brand package or you may have signed on for a logo and later decided you want one of our numbered branding packages. We will apply similar organizational steps to any additional projects and work to evolve your brand’s visual language; cohesively and creatively.
